I’ll admit I have been slacking horribly with my running this last week. With Easter this past weekend it just seemed to mess with my schedule. Oh well, I’ll just pick up where I left off. Enough about me.

Let talk about someone who deserves kudos for her hard work and training. Lynn Wolters. She’s family, my Dad’s cousin. She qualified to run the Boston Marathon, on April 21st. Lynn had a finishing time of 3hr 37 min 47 sec. To put it simply, she’s AWESOME! We’re friends on Facebook, of course, I’m in awe of her posts about training. One that sticks out, the running group she trains with ran inside at the YMCA the one day because of the -40 wind chill. They did a 133 laps, a 133! I would have lost count after a couple dozen.
Congrats to you Lynn and thank you for being an inspiration to me.
